1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits the Aumré Financial Group (ABN 96 530 234 923) (“Aumré”, “we”, “us”) website, whether or not you create an account. If you subscribe to or use Alanna, the Alanna Subscription Terms & SLA also apply and prevail over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency. By using the website you accept these terms.

2. Website content is general information

2.1 Content on this website — including articles, insights, calculators and answers generated by Alanna — is general information only, prepared without regard to your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not personal tax, financial, credit or legal advice and must not be relied on as such. Consider its appropriateness to your circumstances and seek professional advice before acting.

2.2 Content generated by Alanna is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. See the AI Disclosure & Disclaimer page.

2.3 We use reasonable care to keep website content accurate and current, but tax law changes frequently and we do not warrant that all content is complete or up to date at all times.

3. Acceptable use of the website

• Do not misuse the website — including by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, probing or testing security, or interfering with its operation.

• Do not scrape, harvest, bulk-download or index website content or Alanna answers by automated means, or use them to train machine-learning models.

• Do not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit website content without our written permission, except as allowed under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (for example, fair dealing).

• Do not impersonate Aumré or suggest an affiliation that does not exist.

4. Intellectual property

The website, the Alanna name and branding, and all content we publish are owned by or licensed to Aumré and protected by intellectual property laws. The software platform underlying Alanna is owned by our technology partner, CoreConverge Technology Services Pty Ltd, and licensed to us. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites (including ATO material) and uses third-party providers for sign-in, payments and AI processing. We are not responsible for third-party sites and do not endorse their content. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

6. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on general information published on it (including Alanna answers) without independent verification; and our total liability for any claim connected with the website (other than under the Alanna Subscription Terms, which have their own cap) is limited to A$100.

8. Suspension and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may block access that breaches these terms. We may update these terms by posting a new version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page with the effective date above.
